ADC was formed in 1996 and Extra Trax, a subsidiary of ADC that owns EXTRA, was founded in 2009. Now with 40 employees and offices that span both coasts, our team represents some of the most experienced and talented professionals in the industry.

  • Ross Kleiner - Director of Enterprise Services

    Ross Kleiner is the Director of Enterprise Services for EXTRA. While Ross is primarily responsible for enterprise service efforts, he is also involved with support and business development for EXTRA.

    Ross has a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Wis. – Eau Claire and a Master of Science in GIS from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jen and everything outdoors including fishing, hiking, and kayaking..

  • Jon Ward - Director of Sales

    Jon Ward is our Director of Sales. Jon is responsible for new sales development, support and market research.

    Jon is married to Ashley and together they have 2 beautiful daughters and a son. A UW-La Crosse graduate, Jon is a certified Golf Pro with ties to the Professional Golfers Association.

  • Dave Safirstein - Senior Account Manager

    Dave Safirstein is a Senior Account Manager and is headquartered on the East Coast in North Carolina. Dave’s responsibilities include new sales creation, customer relationship management, and strategic partnerships.

    In his free time Dave can be found on the lake on his sailboat with his wife and kids.

  • Dave Sutton - Senior Account Manager

    Dave Sutton is a Senior Account Manager and is headquartered on the East Coast in the Baltimore area. As an Account Manager, Dave is responsible for working with clients of all sizes to ensure customer satisfaction. In his free time, Dave can be found spending time with his wife, children and grandkids.

  • Adam Schneider - Account Manager

    Adam Schneider is an Account Manager, with a degree in business from UW-LaCrosse. Adam is married to Lindsey and they have two dogs, Max and Gus. Adam is an avid baseball fan.

  • Lori Liddell - Director, Product Management

    Lori Liddell is the Director of Product Management for EXTRA and is heavily involved in both the development and support of the product. A former project manager with ADC, she has been involved with EXTRA since it was created. Lori is intricately involved in upgrades and enhancements to the service, leading efforts to keep EXTRA on the cutting edge of the logistics industry.

    Lori holds a degree in GIS from Chippewa Valley Technical College and has been with ADC since 2006. When she isn't busy helping to guide EXTRA development and providing support services for EXTRA, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

  • Chad Bartz - Manager, Customer Support

    Chad Bartz is the Manager of Customer Support and works in our Eau Claire, Wis. headquarters. Chad's role is to ensure that EXTRA customers have a top-notch experience with our product and our team from start to finish. He is with the customer from the kickoff call, to heading up the training, to being on the front lines of the support team. Chad fully utilizes his 15 years of high tech industry support and sales experience in this position.

    Originally from Hayward, Wis., Chad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Use Geography from UW-Eau Claire. Among his personal accomplishments are catching a 50-inch musky on a 13-inch walleye!

  • Josh Gurgel - Manager, Product Implementation

    As a Manager of Product Implementation, Josh Gurgel spearheads most of the customer setups and integration configurations, trouble-shoots technical support issues, provides quality control testing of new features and conducts demos and training sessions.

    Josh is married to Ashley and together they have two beautiful children. Josh is an Eau Claire native, graduating from the UW-Eau Claire and plays a mean game of cards in his free time!

  • Jen Kleiner - Account Manager - Support Specialist

    Jen is an Account Manager and Support Specialist. She manages client needs regarding customized development and support. In addition to fielding all kinds of support issues, she also assists in web development, quality control testing, and site deployments.

    Jen has a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the University of Wis. - Eau Claire and is a true globe trotter who enjoys traveling whenever possible. She also has a pretty great dog, his name is Astro.

  • Andy Tyriver - Implementation Specialist

    Andy is an Implementation Specialist. He graduated with a degree in Advertising from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In his free time, Andy enjoys being outside, biking, exercising, and hanging out with his wife and cats.

  • Megan Hable - Customer Support Specialist

    Megan Hable is a Customer Support Specialist and heads our support system for Spanish speaking users. She also trouble-shoots technical support issues, provides quality control testing of new features and conducts demos.

    Megan graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Spanish and Global Studies and holds a Certificate of Translation and Interpretation. When she's not in the office, you can probably find Megan teaching Yoga classes.

  • Scott Klinkhammer - Mobile Device Manager

    Scott Klinkhammer is our Mobile Device Manager. He is responsible for account management, phone setup, shipping, and providing technical support for mobile devices purchased through EXTRA.

    Scott has over a decade's worth of experience working with Verizon as a manager and knows all of the ins and outs to help our customers with all of their mobile needs. Scott is a Wisconsin native, currently residing in Colorado. In his free time you may find him enjoying time outdoors hiking, traveling, or watching the Packers.

  • Bruno Castelhano - Customer Experience Specialist

    Bruno is a member of EXTRA's Customer Experience Center, serving as a Customer Experience Specialist for our English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French users. He helps troubleshoot user issues, trains clients, and provide demos to prospective clients.

    Bruno has a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology from the University of Nebraska - Omaha and attended the Master's Degree program in Geography there as well. He has worked for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the WI DOT as a GIS Specialist for over 20 years prior to joining the EXTRA Team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Grinder, his African Greys, Chuck and Bella and exploring his new stomping grounds in Manson, WA.

  • David Ward - Customer Experience Center Support Specialist

    David is a member of EXTRA's Customer Experience Center. David is currently a student at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. The son of President Jim Ward, David has worked in various capacities at the company, giving him a broad range of understanding of the software.

  • Pat Reidel - Customer Experience Center Support Specialist

    Pat Reidel has a degree in Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. As a Customer Experience Center Support Specialist, Pat is on the front lines, helping clients with training needs and answering questions about Elite EXTRA. He is married to Nikki and they have a son, Cameron.

  • Tyler Rowe - Customer Experience Center Support Specialist

    Tyler is a member of Elite EXTRA's Customer Experience Center. Tyler is currently a student at the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse majoring in International Relations.

  • Jim Ward - President

    Jim Ward is President of Elite EXTRA and Applied Data Consultants, Inc. (ADC). As President/Owner of EXTRA, Jim is intricately involved in all aspects of the product, with most of his time being spent on the product road map, emerging markets, and business development.

    Jim received his Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Computer Science from UW-Eau Claire and his Master’s in Geography from UN-Omaha. He co-founded ADC in 1996 and is the constant motivator and mentor to the ADC team. He enjoys spending time with family, and you can generally find him travelling for EXTRA, or when home on the water boating, skiing, and grilling at the lake.

  • Susan Marcott - CEO

    Susan is ADC's CEO. She has deep roots in Chippewa County, having grown up on a dairy farm just 30 miles north of company headquarters. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Journalism from the University of Wis. – Eau Claire before heading to Madison to work for 15 years in the Wisconsin State Senate. In her free time, Susan enjoys spending time with her two daughters, as well as gardening, reading and traveling.

  • Levi Felling - Chief Technology Officer

    Levi, our Chief Technology Officer, has been with the company since 2004. He is the brains behind many of our most technical projects. In his free time, Levi spends his time rocking out as a drummer with two local bands.

  • Jon Kelly - Lead Software Developer

    Jonathan Kelly is a Lead Software Developer in the Software Development Division. Jon is a graduate of the Univ. of Wis. - Stout, where he holds Bachelor's Degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering. In his spare time, Jon enjoys writing and playing music and spending time with his wife, Samantha and their four sons.

  • Marc Harter - Full Stack Engineer

    Marc is one of our Full Stack Engineers. He joined the team in 2007 with degrees in organization communication and web development from the University of Wis. - Eau Claire. He is a computer fanatic through and through and enjoys surfing the web for new computer programs when he isn't spending time with his wife and children.

  • George Carlson - Software Engineer

    George is a Software Engineer and is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. George is an avid runner with a “talent” for getting ridiculously long wear out of his shoes due to what he calls "the perfect foot placement".

  • Justin Hays - Java Programmer

    Justin Hays is a Java Programmer in the Software Development Division. A native to Eau Claire, Justin graduated from The Chippewa Valley Technical College. When Justin's not programming you might find him at a Green Bay Packer game, watching hockey, detailing cars, or working out.

  • Sevy Fischer - Software Developer

    Sevy Fischer is one of our Software Developers. A native to the Eau Claire and Wausau areas, Sevy graduated from the University of Wis. - Eau Claire and is married to Abbie. Depending on the weather, you might find Sevy snowboarding, golfing, or mountain biking when he's not in the office.

  • Igor Ummel - Software Developer

    Igor Ummel has duel citizenship in the United States and Russia. He is a University of Washington graduate with a degree in computer science. He is a software developer, specializing in mobile development. He is married to Megan and has a dog, Peanut. In his spare time he loves Chess, hiking in the Cascade Mountains and operating a smoothie bike at farmer’s markets.

  • Justin Bonner - Software Engineer Intern

    Justin Bonner is a Virginia native currently pursuing his degree in CS with a focus in Software Engineering at Purdue. Justin currently works with our integration team to ensure that data being received is correctly and efficiently posted to users' sites.

  • Kathy Nelson - Principal, Director of Human Resources

    Kathy has been with the company since 1999 and is a Principal, and the Director of Human Resources. Kathy is a native of the Chippewa Valley and enjoys her free time boating, gardening and spending time with her family, especially attending her two grandsons' sports activities.

  • Ron Bruder - Chief Operations Officer

    Ron serves as the company's Chief Operations Officer. He has been with the company from the beginning and has been a driving force in the company's success. Ron is originally from Connecticut, is the father of three children, and can probably beat you in darts.

  • Brandon Thatcher - IT Director

    Brandon, our IT Director, is the man behind the scenes that keeps our technologies running at peak performance! He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and an Associate's Degree in Electronic Telecommunications. When he isn't overseeing the server room he enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.

  • Adam Behn - Systems Administrator

    Adam works in the IT Division as our Systems Administrator. He hails from Reedsburg, WI and attended Herzing University in Madison, WI. In his free time you might find Adam at Miller Park or at the Kohl Center. You may even spot him driving around in his 1925 Model-T.

  • Becky Krumrie - Bookkeeper

    Becky is our Bookkeeper. She joined the company in 2008 after working in the public accounting field for 20+ years. Her alma mater is Chippewa Valley Technical College and she is originally from Eleva, Wis., but now calls Elk Mound home. She likes to spend her free time with her family, especially her grandson, and going to the stock car races. On warm summer days she can be found cruising around in her ’68 Dart convertible!

  • Jamie Hagen - Marketing Manager

    Jamie is our Marketing Manager and joined the team in 2005. She has a degree in graphic design from the University of Wis. - Eau Claire. Jamie brings artistic talent to the team through her creativity and graphic design knowledge. When not at work she is an avid sports fan, cat lover, shopper, and napper (when her young daughter allows it).

  • Jeremy Holt - Consultant

    Jeremy is a Consultant and Project Manager at ADC, with a varied skill set ranging from GIS technologies, server administration, business analysis and an understanding of web application development processes. Along with consulting, presenting, and managing projects for a wide range of clients, his positive and encouraging attitude is infectious around the office. Outside of ADC, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and playing, recording and listening to music.
